Leaders: Various Naturalists from Mount Diablo State Park
Join our naturalists for a short talk about the tarantulas. We will then go exploring for plant & animal life as well as arachnids. Walk is about 2 + miles with a little elevation gain. Slow to moderate pace with nature stops along the way. Dress in layered clothing, wear sturdy foot ware, and bring liquids. Recommend for age 6 years and up. Reservations required.
Fee: $6 per vehicle, $5 for seniors. Self pay & exact change only (no coins please) at entrance to the Park by the stop sign or pay digitally by scanning the QR code on the sign near the entrance gate or Visitor Center; or text CA2902 to 53242. No app is required.
