Over the hills we’ll go to work off some calories from the Holiday. Black Point is a nice 5-mile loop with 1200 feet of elevation gain. We will stop for views and any interesting sights along the trail. Bring liquids, snacks, and hiking poles if you use them. Please dress for the weather, and expect ups & downs, some mud, ticks, and poison oak. Register with the leader (Onesuperhiker@aol.com), Limited to 15 participants.
There is a fee of $6 per vehicle or $5 for seniors, exact change only (no coins please), payable at the entrance to the Park, by the stop sign. You may also pay digitally by scanning the QR code on the sign near the entrance gate or Visitor Center, or text CA2902 to 53242. No app is required.
